Terms and Conditions for Month-to-Month Service Agreements

 

90-Day Notice Requirement: Clients must provide a written 90-day notice to terminate month-to-month services at our email dfwcleaning101@gmail.com Failure to do so will result in charges equivalent to 90 days of service.

 

Late Payment Fee: A $150 fee applies for payments made over five business days after the invoice sent date. 

 

Payment Upon Receipt: Immediate payment is required upon receiving the invoice.

 

Amendments and Governing Law: Terms are subject to change with immediate effect upon notification. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our company.
